Bridge Closure Notice

This is for the bridge located on the CP Rail Trail south of Sideroad 80, north of Thistlewood Road, Municipality of West Grey.

The existing bridge will be removed Monday September 28, 2009 and this section of trail will be temporarily closed until a new bridge can be installed.

RFPs for the replacement bridge close Friday October 2, 2009.

Cheque Presentation

Huron Shores ATV Club President Jim Tilker, left, presents a cheque for $7,000.00 to Bill Rowe, President of the South Bruce Peninsula ATV Club. The funds are to assist the SBP club develop their new ATV trail from Sauble Beach to Wiarton. The presentation was made at the start of a fund-raising poker rally September 13 that saw 69 riders from several clubs raise more than $1500.00 for the trail development.
